General Requirements

- Experience in VHDL/Verilog for FPGA development.
- Ability to work on systems required to operate in extreme environments (-55°C to +85°C).
PCB Layout & Signal Integrity Analysis
General Requirements
Essential
- Expertise in designing PCBs to IPC Class 3 standards.
- Experience in high-speed digital design and sensor fusion integration.
Mechanical Design (Rugged Enclosures)
General Requirements
Essential
- Experience designing ruggedized enclosures for extreme operating conditions.
- Expertise in advanced thermal management techniques.
Wiring Harness Design & Manufacturing
General Requirements
Essential
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 standards.
- Proven ability to design and oversee manufacturing of complex wiring harnesses.
Software/Firmware Development
General Requirements
Essential
- Experience in developing safety-critical software for embedded systems.
Desirable
- Experience with DO-178C certification process.
Obsolescence Management & Reverse Engineering
General Requirements
Essential
- Knowledge of COTS lifecycle management and component replacement strategies.
- Experience with reverse engineering of electronic systems for sustainment.
